We ship orders via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or LTL carriers. You may identify on your order the preferred method of transportation. Otherwise, we will ship via the best method to save you money and assure the most timely delivery possible. 

BEWARE: We are seeing many Delays with USPS. This is to say, USPS Priority Mail 1-Day, 2-Day, or 3-Day is only an estimate during normal times and IS NOT a Guaranteed Delivery. 

As per the USPS Website Alert: USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. However, We appreciate your patience in getting your Reloading Supplies 

Hazmat Packages: We can combine up to 48 lbs of powder and primers under one hazmat fee to save you money. UPS and FedEx charge $25.00 Per Package on Hazardous Materials. Powder and Primers are Hazardous.

We Charge $25 to cover both the Hazmat shipping fee. This amount applicable to all states in the US.

FedEx requires a signature on all hazardous material packages and will not allow the packages to be redirected to an alternate address.

UPS may require a signature when delivering your package.

Please make sure someone will be available to sign for your package when delivered. If no one is available to sign for the package when delivered and the package is returned to Pro Reloads, the customer is responsible for all charges related to the return.

Bullets, brass, media, equipment, and other non-incendiary devices are not considered hazmat. We will ship via the best method to save you money.

Freight charges: Our typical shipping charges for ground transportation are fixed at $25 and combined with the Hazmat fee for orders of primers and powder.

All orders for non Hazardous items will be shipped for free to all states in the US.

Alaska and Hawaii freight charges will be reviewed prior to shipping. If there are any service requirements mandating additional shipping charges customers will be notified in advance of shipping. Taxes are an estimate and are subject to change based on jurisdiction. You will be contacted prior to shipping if there are any freight differences due to location, package weight, etc.

Returns Policy

Customer service is a priority at Tacticor. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will do our best to correct the situation to your satisfaction. Because of the costs involved with returning products, it is always best to contact us with any questions you may have about our products before you place an order. 

All products are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise specified. Product defects must be handled by contacting TACTICOR directly. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of delivery of your order.

No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Tacticor. Please contact us to process a return. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. No returns on ammunition or firearms. 

Return Requirements: 

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of product delivery.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned, refused, undelivered, or abandoned items.
  • The buyer is responsible for shipping return costs.
  • Any shipping charges for product returns are non-refundable.
  • A valid RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the packaging or on the receipt that accompanied your order. Please DO NOT place any labels, write on, or attempt to ship back your return item in just the manufacturer’s box. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. If your shipping carrier has lost or damaged your package, please contact them directly.
  • If the return is due to our mistake, we will refund the customer 100% plus shipping to return the product that was mistakenly sent. Please return product via USPS Flat Rate Postage for a full refund on shipping.
